Here's What you should know before booking a tent rental package instantly online from us:

Is delivery included in the packages?

All packages include delivery within Saskatoon in the cost.
If you require delivery outside of Saskatoon the cost is an additional $4.00 per loaded km.

Is setup of the packages included in the price?

All packages include tent, dance floor and lights setup only. Setup of all other items is the responsibility of the client. Please contact us if you are looking for a full setup of every item and we will quote you accordingly.

Can I book a package instantly on the website?

Yes, If the package is available you can book online instantly. Once the booking is made we will reach out to get any additional detail that may be needed to ensure an easy and organized delivery and setup.

Can I modify my package to suit my needs?

No, the packages contain the items that they come with. You are welcome to add any items on top of the packages. If you are looking for something different than what our packages currently offer please reach out to our team and we will put a custom quote together for you. 

Do you require a deposit to place the booking online?

Yes, the system will automatically require a 25% of your total amount to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your final balance owing. Orders of $2000.00 or more will require a 50% deposit to place the booking.

Our basic tent, table, and chair packages are an excellent starting point for your event. These packages include everything you need, including tents, tables, chairs, delivery, and tent setup. You can customize these packages by adding any extras you may require, such as lights, heaters, or tablecloths, to make them your own.
