Q: Do you install pole tent lighting?

A: Yes, we definitely do lighting installs inside our pole tents. We offer two versions: basic and deluxe, depending on how fancy you want your tent to look. You can choose between black wire bistro string lights and white wire cafe bulb style. We take care of all the additional cords and junctions. All you need to do is have a standard household plug available within 100' of the tent installation area, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What size of dance floor is recommended inside a 40'x40' tent?

​Regarding the size of the dance floor for a wedding inside a 40' by 40' pole tent rental, the industry standard suggests that each couple will need 9 sq ft per couple (that’s over 4.5' per person). For example, if you have 100 guests, 40%, or 40 guests, will be dancing at any one time. This means that you would need approximately 180 square feet of dance floor for this party, or a 12' x 15' dance floor. 

Of course, this is just a guideline, and the actual size of the dancefloor depends on the the type of event, age of guests, available space and other factors that are custom to your event. Here is an example of how the recomended 12' x 15' dancefloor could look inside our 40' x 40' pole tent rental.
