Here's what you need to know...

This package comes with everything you need to have 250 guest wedding. The dance floor is an 18' x 18'. The head table is only for 8, so you can add the required number of guests after booking to fit your needs.
Please feel free to opt out of the linens, runners, bar and lighting to suit your needs. If you require something custom beyond our offerings here, please give us a call, email or fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we can discuss custom options for your wedding tent needs.

Tent Size

This tent is 40' by 100' in size, which is 4000SQFT.  
​​It has 25' high peaks and 8' tall side walls.

Setup

Our team will handle the full tent, dance floor and lighting setup and take-down of the tent.  If you require setup of tables, chairs and linens please call us for custom pricing.​

Delivery

In Saskatoon Delivery is included in this package, an additional $4.00 per km will apply for bookings outside of the Saskatoon city limits.

Let's talk about the lighting options inside the package below

This package can include lighting installed inside your pole tent package. We offer two versions: basic and deluxe, depending on how fancy you want your tent to look. You can choose between black wire bistro string lights and white wire cafe bulb style. We take care of all the additional cords and junctions. All you need to do is have a standard household plug available within 100' of the tent installation area, and we’ll take care of the rest.
​You can also pick "NO I DONT WANT THIS IN MY PACKAGE" to opt out.

Notice in the above listing how you can pick your linen color, style of lighting and even opt out of items. 

BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE: There are a few requirements that you should be aware of when renting our 40' x 100' pole tent. -
- This tent has to be staked on grass. Our tent stakes go into the ground 37-45in. So, we require a line locate and for you to let us know if there are any underground sprinklers (or anything at all underground where we will be hammering in the stakes). Here is the website with more information: https://www.sask1stcall.com/ We will require you to send us confirmation that we are cleared to stake the tent in your requested area. (This may take up to 3 Business days to get them to come). Additionally, you will have to sign a form that states we are not responsible for anything that may be damaged in the area cleared for our tent install.

- The tent area will require a clear flat 60'-120' freshly mowed grass area, free of debris and obstructions to safely install this tent.

- The area where the tent is being installed must be level

- The tent height is 25ft at its highest point and will require the space to be completely free of tree branches, power lines or any other obstructions.

- The 4 corners of the tent area will have to be pre marked upon our arrival so we know exactly where the tent will go (it can be marked with spray paint (white spray paint only) or household items).

- We require direct driving access up to the tent setup area.

- This tent will only be installed and taken down on days with decent weather (sometimes we will have to setup a day or 2 early or take down, or a day or 2 late to allow tent to properly dry. If this occurs, we may setup the tent one day and come back the day before your event to drop the remaining rental items.

​- If you have any questions regarding our 40' x 100' tent, please do not hesitate to reach out. We make our delivery schedules every Sunday. The reason that we choose the Sunday before your event it is to properly assess weather conditions to give accurate tent install dates and times.
