Cocktail Party:
Order 3 appetizer plates per guest.
Formal Dinner Tableware:
Each guest requires three different plates: bread plate, salad plate and a dinner plate. You may also require a bowl for soup or pasta and a dessert plate. Most events also add a charger plate to each setting.
Regarding glassware:
We suggest three per guest: water, coffee & wine.
Formal Dinner Flatware:
Rent a single set of silverware for each guest plus 10 extra for every 100 guests in attendance.
*Make sure and add steak knifes if meat is being served at the event.
*If soup is being served make sure and add soup spoons.
*Teaspoons for the coffee setting.
Buffet:
*2.5 dinner plates per guest.
*2 appetizer (bread and butter plates) per guest.
*1.5 dessert plates and 1.5 dessert forks per guest.
*2 forks, 2 dinner knifes, 2 appetizer/salad forks per guest.
*1 steak knife per guest.
*1.5 soup spoons per person
