Our slush machines take up to 2 hours to freeze, but we highly recommend starting the machine 4-6 hours before your event to ensure perfect consistency. Hot environments or adding alcohol may increase freezing time!

2️⃣ Do I have to use your slush mix, or can I bring my own? 🏷️🍹

Yes, we require the use of our approved slush mix to ensure the machine works properly. Other liquids—such as fruit juice, dairy, or soda—can freeze solid, clog the machine, or damage the motor.

3️⃣ Can I add alcohol to the slush machine, or should I mix it separately? 🍸🚫

You can add alcohol, but it will slow the freezing process and potentially prevent proper slush formation. We recommend:
✅ Making the slush first, then adding alcohol to each cup.
✅ This keeps the machine running smoothly and gives guests a non-alcoholic option too!

 Our machines are about the size of a small commercial coffee machine. It requires an SUV, minivan, or truck for transport – it will NOT fit in a small car.
