We bring the pieces that make the room feel like your event — lounge furniture, lighting, trussing, pipe and drape, bars, games, stage and red carpet details — and build a complete room layout that fits your guests, your theme and your budget.

Event Rooms are created entirely from our rental inventory. We do not offer wedding planning, florals, décor outsourcing, or day-of coordination. 

​Most Event Room builds start around $1,500–$2,500 for simple layouts.
Full lounge, lighting or multi-zone builds often range from $3,500–$10,000+ depending on the scale and design. ​Best fit for corporate events, galas, trade shows and larger weddings with a dedicated décor budget.

An Event Room is what happens when we take your existing space and rebuild it using rentals — no florals, no planning, no coordination — just a complete design built from our inventory.

Instead of simply dropping off tables and chairs, we look at the entire room: how people enter, where they mingle, where they sit, where the bar lives, and how lighting ties the space together.

How Our Event Room Design Process Works

1. Tell us about your room
Send us your venue name, event date, guest count and what you want the room to do.

2. We build a layout and item list
We design the flow, pick the items, and recommend lighting and drape options that match the theme and the space. This can include a professional 3D design of your space with the items inside.

3. Delivery, setup and takedown (or DIY)
We can fully install your Event Room from start to finish, or you can rent individual items separately through our rental catalog.
