1. How big are these bouncy castles, and can they fit in a car?

Yes! These bouncy castles are lightweight (under 200 lbs) and compact, making them easy to transport. They are designed to fit in most cars, SUVs, and vans, so you don’t need a truck or trailer to pick one up.

2. How easy is it to set up a bouncy castle?

✅ Very easy! Each bouncy castle inflates in just a few minutes with the included blower.
✅ One person can set it up without help.
✅ A tarp is provided and must be placed under the bouncy castle before inflating.

3. Can I use an extension cord to power the bouncy castle?

⚠️ No long or thin extension cords allowed! The blower must be plugged directly into a standard household outlet or a heavy-duty extension cord (minimum 12-gauge, 50 ft max).
⚡ If power is not available, we offer a limited number of generators for rent—first come, first served.

4. How long is the rental period?

🎉 Every rental is for up to 4 days at the same price!
❌ There is no discount for a 1-day rental, so keep it as long as you need within the 4-day period.

5. Do I have to clean the bouncy castle before returning it?

Yes! The bouncy castle must be returned clean and dry to avoid a cleaning charge.
✔ Wipe off any dirt or debris.
✔ Dry it completely before rolling it up.
❌ If the bouncy castle is wet, let it air dry before packing to prevent mold or damage.

6. What happens if the weather is bad on my event day?

🌧️ No monetary refunds, but we offer a rain check—you can reschedule your booking for another date at no extra cost.

7. Can I use the bouncy castle in windy conditions?

🚫 No! For safety reasons, do not use the bouncy castle if winds exceed 25 km/h (15 mph).
✔ We provide stakes for anchoring on grass.
✔ If setting up on concrete, sandbags (not included) may be required.

8. Can you deliver and set up the bouncy castle for me?

✔ Delivery is available for a standard fee.
❌ Setup is not included but can be added for an extra fee. However, these bouncy castles are designed for easy setup, so most customers don’t need setup service.

9. What if my setup location is far from parking?

🛒 If you need to transport the bouncy castle through a field, down long hallways, or over rough terrain, we rent dollies to make moving it easier.

10. Is there a waiver, and who is responsible for safety?

Yes, we require all guests to sign a waiver before using the bouncy castle.
⚠️ We are not responsible for injuries—adult supervision is required at all times.
