⚙️ Steps for Setup:
- 📦 Unwrap the BBQ/Griddle: Remove any packaging from the BBQ to get started.
- 🔗 Connect the Propane Tank: Turn the connector to the left to ensure a tight, secure fit.
- 🔄 Open the Propane Valve: Twist the knob on top of the propane tank to open it.
- 🔥 Turn On the Burners: Set the front knobs (or tabs) to the “on” position until you hear the propane.
- 🔥 Light the BBQ: Pull out the drip trays and light the BBQ from underneath. Each burner must be lit separately.
- 📥 Replace the Drip Trays: Slide the trays back in after lighting the burners.
- ⏳ Heat Up the BBQ: Wait a few minutes for the BBQ to heat up before cooking.
🚫 Shutting Off the BBQ:

- 🔓 Disconnect the Hose: Unscrew the propane hose from the tank to disconnect it
🧼 Cleaning Procedure:
- 🔥 Burn Off Food Debris: Preheat the BBQ on high heat for about 15 minutes to burn off any leftover food particles.
- 🪣 Use Soapy Water: Fill a bucket with warm, soapy water to help loosen stubborn food.
- 🧽 Scrub the Grates: Use a stiff nylon brush or scouring pad to scrub the grates clean.
- 🔧 Clean the Burners & Deflectors:
- Remove the heat deflectors and burners.
- Use a stiff wire brush with soapy water to scrub off any caked-on food.
- 🚿 Rinse & Dry:
- Rinse the burners thoroughly with clean water, inside and out.
- Dry them using a paper towel and leave them to air out.
- 🧴 Clean the Exterior:
- For stainless steel BBQs, use a stainless steel cleaner and microfiber cloth.
- For ceramic, painted steel, or porcelain BBQs, use soapy water and a towel to dry.
💰 Cleaning Fee Policy:
- $100 Cleaning Fee: If the BBQ is returned unclean or with food debris, a $100 cleaning fee will apply.
- Avoid the Fee: Ensure the BBQ is clean (grates, burners, trays, and exterior) before returning it. We appreciate your effort!
